Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome(DSPS) is a disorder that changes your biological clock or cardiac rhythms compared to standard social norms, such as waking up too early or sleeping too late. DSPS can cause serious daytime sleepiness and shifts in your behavior and mood.
Also called “Bruxism”, it causes excessive jaw clenching or teeth grinding or gnashing. Bruxism usually occurs subconsciously during working hours or sleep time. Examples are strong concentration situational anxiety, or abnormal jaw alignment.
